* Retail Marketing Associate

Outdoor Voices Retail Marketing Associate will partner closely with the Brand Marketing and Retail teams to build awareness and drive traffic to our new and existing retail locations. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Activations & Partnerships, youll manage new store opening activations and ongoing retail event marketing programs that drive customer acquisition and ensure a true omni-channel experience.

Responsibilities:

* Drive retail marketing initiatives for new store openings inclusive of in-market events, product seeding to drive awareness pre-opening, and in-store opening weekend events

* Manage relationships and communication with PR and experiential marketing agencies and other vendor partners involved in new store openings ensuring they are up-to-speed on brand standards, timelines, goals, expectations and KPIs

* Manage event marketing initiatives for existing retail stores and develop process to ensure events deliver a consistent brand experience across all markets

* Work with HQ Retail and Marketing teams to establish retail marketing goals and develop frameworks for workbacks, consistent event naming nomenclature, KPIs and post-event reporting

* Manage the retail marketing calendar and online events page

* Implement processes for capturing event content and obtaining usage approval

* Work with the Technology team to ensure all event locations are equipped with point of sale capability

Qualifications:

* 3 years in-store retail event or retail marketing experience in an omni-channel business

* Experience in marketing and events for new store openings

* Ability to manage vendor relationships and partnerships for facilities across multiple locations

* Strong project management skills

* Proficient in Google Suite

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Positive, proactive, and creative problem solver

* Ability to travel as business requires
