As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality parts and components. This is a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring precision and efficiency in the production of our products.
```Responsibilities```
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications
- Load raw materials into the machine and monitor the production process
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Make adjustments to machine settings as needed
- Troubleshoot issues that arise during production
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Run errands as needed
```Experience```
To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience but willing to train the right person.
- Previous experience operating CNC machines
- Proficiency in programming and operating CNC machines
- Knowledge of machining processes and techniques
- Ability to perform quality control checks on finished products
