ALPHA MACHINE COMPANY is Hiring a CNC Setup Machinist/Operator Near Phoenix, AZ

This is a 1st shift position, working 40-50 hours per week with some Saturdays. Normal working hours are Mon-Fri 7 am to 3:30 pm. Hours could be changed if needed if hired.
Must be in Arizona. Looking to setup interviews and hire ASAP.
Immediate opening for day shift:
  • CNC Lathe Set Up / Operator.
Qualifications: 
  • High School Diploma.
  • Strong mechanical background.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints & other mechanical drawings.
  • Working knowledge of geometry and mathematics.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong CNC Lathe knowledge.
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience.
  • Must have your own tools.
Functions:
  • Set up and operate CNC Lathes and or mills.
  • Organize and set up an inspection to monitor parts.
  • Maintain a clean machine & working area.

  • Work with others to use everyone's strong points and abilities.
  • Earn respect and give respect.
  • Take pride in your work and have a sense of ownership.
