Job Overview:
As a Lead Barista at Clique Coffee Catering, you will be leading events, ensuring the quality and consistency of the drinks we make, and helping guarantee 5-star customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Barista:
· Prepare, steam, and deliver excellent drinks (hot & iced) based on Clique’s recipes and menu.
Event Coordination:
· Collaborate with event organizers to understand specific requirements.
· Load up materials & equipment at the base of operations and drive to event location.
· Coordinate on-site setup and logistics for events – some as sole barista, others as part of a team.
Customer Service:
· Interact with clients and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
· Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding expectations.
Quality Control &Inventory Management:
· Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the equipment used.
· Manage inventory of coffee beans, supplies, and equipment.
· Place orders for replenishment as needed.
Qualifications:
· Preferably proven as a barista, with a minimum of 2 years experience (willing to train the right person)
· Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
· Excellent customer service and communication skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
· Leadership and team management skills.
· Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings as required.
· Must be able to easily lift 75 pounds (espresso machine)
