Supporting a state-of-the-art Cardiac Institute, this role has administrative and clinical oversight of the Cardiac Operating Room, which performs more than 1,000 cases annually. The RN Manager of Surgical Services will lead a dedicated team of staff consisting of Nurse Supervisors, Registered Nurses, and Surgical Technicians.

In this comprehensive role, the Acute Care Surgery Nurse Manager is responsible for budgetary oversight, hiring and firing of staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies, and leading process improvement efforts. The ideal candidate is BSN-prepared and has extensive clinical experience in the OR.
