Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, the Operating Room Services RN Director will lead the administrative and clinical responsibilities for the unit. This Leader will be aided by Managers and CNOR (Certified Nursing Operating Room certified) Charge Nurses. This Director will continually work closely with the Perioperative Services Medical Director and amazing nursing and ancillary staff.

As the leader of the department, the Operating Room Services RN Director will maintain staffing numbers and compliance with educational requirements. The Director will also manage the budget and make processes more efficient when necessary. Beyond that, the Director will have the opportunity to create impacts by spearheading quality and patient care improvement projects.
