The Clinical Research Oncology Coordinator will report to the Clinical Research Department Supervisors and Directors. The Oncology Clinical Research Coordinator is expected to interact with institutional investigators, other members of the healthcare team, service line members, and research participants/families for clinical research trials. The Oncology Nurse Research Coordinator will work closely with the members of the clinical research team to develop highly effective tools for close monitoring and reporting of trials and coordinate the timely study activation and submission of protocol amendments.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of oncology clinical research trials
• Collaborate with principal investigators, sponsors, and regulatory authorities
• Recruit, screen, and enroll eligible patients into clinical trials
• Ensure compliance with protocols, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards
• Collect and manage study data, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
• Schedule and conduct study visits, monitoring patient progress and adverse events
• Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory documents
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless trial execution

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., nursing, life sciences)
• Experience in oncology clinical research coordination
• Knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
