As a Hospital Oncology Pharmacist, you will provide clinical pharmaceutical care to patients, serving as an expert resource to service areas and the Pharmacy department. You will be responsible for ensuring that cancer patients receive the correct medications at the right doses and intervals. You will work closely with oncologists to develop treatment plans and adjust medications as needed based on patient response and side effects. 

The ideal Clinical Pharmacist would meet the following requirements: 

• 2 years of clinical experience
• Completion of ASHP accredited residency program (Preferred)
• Current Registered Pharmacist license, New Mexico Board of Pharmacy
• Prior oncology experience is preferred
