An acute care hospital located in scenic Southwestern Colorado is now searching for an Inpatient OB Nurse Manager to join their award-winning facility. 

This 20 bed, short-term, critical access hospital is part of a community-owned, fully integrated health system that aims to address all aspects of patient health. This facility is a Level IV Trauma Center and provides a variety of services including Emergency, General surgery, Orthopedic, OB/GYN, Pediatrics, and more. With innovative technology and advanced equipment, this hospital is equipped to meet the demands of any patient. 

Working alongside a wide range of providers and professionals, the Inpatient OB Nurse Manager will be responsible for oversight of the day to day operations of the obstetrics nursing unit. Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care
• Maintain compliance with relevant healthcare standards and protocols
• Work closely with Obstetricians, Gynecologists, Certified Nurse Midwives, Labor and Delivery Nurses, Social workers and other support staff. 
• Staff Development
• Quality improvement
• Other duties as assigned

The ideal Inpatient OB Nurse Manager candidate will have their Bachelors of Science in Nursing and previous management experience in a related field. A Masters Degree is preferred but not required.
