Located close to the Western Slope of Colorado, the Director of Sleep will join a Full-Service Medical Center that serves Western Colorado with high-quality, patient-focused care. 

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Director will step into a True Director position overseeing the staff in the Sleep Center as well as monitoring daily operations. They will work alongside the Chief Executive Officer to ensure their staffing needs are met and their patients are receiving the highest-quality of care.

The Director of Sleep will lead the department to serve the surrounding community’s inpatient and long term care needs. Staffed by exceptional Nurses and Techs, the Department is known for its High Standards and support a Rockstar staff of Physicians. 

This Director of Sleep will be responsible for staffing the Sleep Center that they oversee and developing and implementing performance improvement projects to improve the work environment and patient care quality. They will also be responsible for managing finances and budgeting for the department and ensure that all needs within the department are met. 

On the beautiful Western Slope of Colorado and alongside the White River, the Director of Sleep can take a short drive to the South to visit the “Switzerland of America” and have many ski resorts within driving distance. The many beautiful National Parks of Utah are just within arms reach as well.
