The Assistant Nurse Manager PMCU Stepdown will partner with the PMCU Stepdown Manager and Director as well as work alongside reputable and well-respected physicians in the department. The PMCU Stepdown Assistant Nurse Manager will have the advanced knowledge and skills required for this role including strong leadership background, ability to guide staff, and work collaboratively. 

Requirements for the Assistant Nurse Manager Stepdown PMCU position include Current NY State RN Licensure, BSN Degree, 3-5 years recent clinical nursing experience in the acute critical care setting, ACLS certification, and prior strong leadership experience in the critical care hospital setting. The schedule is four 10 hr shifts/wk and with the night shift team.
