The Assistant Nurse Director of Women’s Services will enjoy working in this active unit with 16 Labor and Delivery beds, 11 Special Care Nursery beds, and four triage beds. The Women’s and Children’s Service Line at this hospital sees 700 births annually. The unit is known for providing respectful care focused on patients' needs.

In this comprehensive role, the Women’s Services RN Assistant Director will have the opportunity to enhance their leadership acumen, as the role oversees the administrative and operational functions of three units: Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, and the Special Care Nursery. This role reports to a dynamic and supportive Senior Administrative RN Director of Women’s and Pediatric Health. This LDRP Nurse Leader will have an RN Supervisor on the three units for support and a Nurse Educator. Many of the experienced Nurses are RNC-OB and RNC-MNN certified. A team of 24/7 onsite Neonatologists and Anesthesiologists will also collaborate with this RN Leader.
