An award winning healthcare provider in Northern Massachusetts is seeking an Acute Care Endoscopy Nurse Manager.

Reporting to the Director, the Acute Care Endoscopy Nurse Manager will be responsible for running the day to day operations of the Endoscopy Unit. Duties will include:

• Work closely with and oversee perioperative nursing staff, techs, and supervisors.
• Oversee procedures including colonoscopies, gastroscopies, sigmoidoscopies, bronchoscopies, and more. 
• Hire and train employees.
• Manage department performance and establish strategic goals. 
• Act as an expert resource for nursing staff.
• Support the vision and goals of the hospital.

The ideal Acute Care Endoscopy Nurse Manager will have their Bachelor’s in Nursing and several years of endoscopy nurse leadership experience in a hospital setting. A Masters Degree is preferred but not required.
