What will I do?

• Take inbound calls using the Climate Experts Script
• Make outbound calls to existing customers using our script
• Create relationships with customers over the phone
• Book jobs for the service department
• Make Happy Calls to existing customers
• Call and schedule maintenance plan members
• Attend trainings and meet company guidelines and KPI's
• Maintain and fill out the 3-day call board
• Answers any customer questions and concerns
• Reaches out to inbound leads from all sources
• Conduct happy calls to existing customers and provide 5 star service
• Book customers into our software

Do I have what it takes?

• Minimum 1 year customer service answering phone calls
• Follow our tobacco policy
