Job Description
We are seeking a Data Center Contracts Analyst for a 6 month contract opportunity (with the chance of extensions) onsite/in the office in Littleton, CO.
In this role you will:
- Reviewing the current Data Center contracts, finding anomalies, cleaning up any issues that may be in the different contracts, and standardizing our contracts across vendors.
- Evaluate, negotiate, analyze, advise, and assist with contract awards, post award administration and terminations on contracts for the procurement of supplies and services, including complex contracts.
- Upon analysis of the Data Center contracts, offer suggestions for standardization of contracts.
- Provide reports, and summaries of contracts, for ease of use.
- Perform light data entry as well as light accounting regarding the contracts.
- Develop a standardized repository for storing the contracts as well as standardize the naming conventions for ease of access.
Qualifications
- Experience reviewing , editing, and/or managing contracts
- Experience with contract evaluations and negotiations
- Specialty focus (Including but not limited to) Contract billing start date, One time charge, Monthly recurring charge, Smarthands cost, shipping and Delivery costs, Storage costs…
Additional Information
This 6-month contract role (with the option to extend long term) will be onsite/in the office in Littleton, CO during normal business hours Monday-Friday (there are no remote options).
