We're looking for a Product Copywriter with a deep understanding of product storytelling and a passion for crafting compelling messaging. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our product and marketing teams, translating complex features into clear, engaging copy. Your work will be crucial in communicating new features and updates to our millions of users.
The Role:
- Collaborate closely with the product team to gain an in-depth understanding of new features and updates.
- Develop and refine the messaging strategy for new feature launches, ensuring it resonates with our target audience and drives engagement.
- Write compelling marketing copy for various materials, including landing pages, email campaigns, social media posts, and promotional content.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions with the marketing and product teams to generate innovative campaign ideas.
- Analyze and interpret user feedback and market trends to adjust messaging and improve communication strategies.
- Ensure all copy is consistent with ClickUp's brand voice, style, and tone and tailored to meet each platform's specific goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a copywriter, focusing on product marketing or tech products.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex product features into clear and engaging copy.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and marketers.
- A keen understanding of the tech industry and experience writing for SaaS or productivity platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and a constant desire to learn and adapt.
