Overview :
CLEEN is looking for someone who is able to complete commercial and residential cleaning work. We offer competitive weekly pay and a retirement plan with up to 3% matching.

Key Requirements :
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass drug and background checks
- Flexibility for occasional after-hours and weekend work
- Strong work ethic and commitment to quality
- Ability to lift over 30 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
Responsibilities :
- Work collaboratively with other cleaning staff to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum hallways, lobbies, staircases, and other common areas of apartment buildings and office spaces.
- Dust and wipe down surfaces such as desks, counters, handrails, door handles, light switches, and baseboards.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners as needed.
- Restock restroom supplies as needed.
- Deep clean apartments between tenants including :
- Clean and sanitize countertops, cabinets, and appliances in the kitchen.
- Thoroughly scrub and disinfect bathrooms, including toilets, showers, tubs, and sinks.
- Dust and wipe down all light fixtures, ceiling fans, and vents.
- Clean windows, window sills, and tracks.
- Vacuum and mop all floors, paying attention to corners and baseboards.
Qualifications :
- Prior experience cleaning in a residential and / or commercial setting is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and expand your skill set
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
