We are currently seeking experienced individuals to join our team as professional cleaners. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, baseboard washing, oven and refrigerator cleaning, dishwashing, laundry, trash removal, window cleaning, and various other tasks. At our company, we place a strong emphasis on safety and delivering exceptional customer service.

The pay rate for all commercial cleaning projects starts at $14.00 per hour, with a commission rate ranging from 55% to 65% for residential house cleaning, AirBnB cleanings, or move-out/move-in cleanings for our commercial accounts. Commission rates are determined based on the number of cleaners involved and translate to an equivalent of $11.00 to $28.00 per hour, factoring in variables such as the speed and difficulty of the cleaning. For example, if our company charges $100.00 for a house cleaning and you earn 55 percent from the sale and complete the cleaning in 2 hours, you would earn $27.50 per hour for that cleaning. If that same cleaning takes 3.5 hours to complete, then you would earn $15.71 for that cleaning. If that same project takes 2 cleaners 1 hour to complete, both cleaners will earn $27.50 per hour. Additionally, employees will have the opportunity to retain customer tips.

This is currently an on-call position, and compensation is based on hours worked, and commission rates, excluding transportation time. Candidates must possess their own transportation and demonstrate a high level of politeness and professionalism at all times. The use of profanity is strictly prohibited.
