As a Branch Manager at Cleary Building Corp. you hold a pivotal role in helping us service our clients and helping them build their dreams. You will manage the local office and oversee all facets of the post-frame building process from the point of sale to building completion. Enjoy a variety of job functions operating in a fast paced and energetic environment. No two days are alike. Experience a sense of accomplishment in our team environment watching our client’s dreams become reality. A successful manager will take charge and own their assigned territory to increase market share while maintaining existing relationships with clients and developing new relationships and friends along the way.

• Knowledge of building construction is essential
• Knowledge of post-frame construction is a plus
• Management or supervisory experience required
• Ability to work independently with little supervision or oversight
• Must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to think on your feet and take initiative
• Sales experience within the construction industry preferred
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Great customer service skills

A Branch Manager is assigned a protected territory and is solely responsible for all lead activity within that geographic region. They are provided a company truck to use while servicing the needs of the branch office, clients, and production crews.
