What do we need from you?

• 3 years experience in managing the Maintenance Department in a healthcare setting including and not limited to the life safety systems, infection control practices, and the emergency preparedness standards accordance to The Agency of Health Care Administration (AHCA).
• Basic knowledge of NFPA 25, 72, 99, 101, and 110 codes.
• 1-3 years of preventative maintenance experience
• General knowledge with compressors, generators, HVAC., as well as various mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems a plus.
