ClearDATA is seeing a Director, Revenue Marketing and Operations reporting directly to the SVP of Marketing. This role is remote with the opportunity to meet in Auston, TX to collaborate with leaders across numerous go-to-market functions and with key members of our executive team.

Leading the revenue marketing team, you’ll collaborate with sales leadership, corporate and product marketing leadership as well as other departments to lead a small but scrappy team of campaign, digital and operations marketers to drive growth. You will be oriented towards revenue marketing, focused on marketing strategy and execution that delivers sales pipeline and ultimately revenue. You will help shape how marketing earns its place in the revenue story for the company. Additionally, you will manage a business development team responsible for opportunity creation and nurturing in support of sales pipeline creation.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop a strong trusted relationship with the sales team, working closely with the sales leadership to jointly grow pipeline.
  • Partner with corporate marketing and product marketing to refine our targeting and segmentation, and to identify, scope, and produce compelling content, marketing assets and programs to drive demand to revenue
  • Define and execute full funnel marketing plans including digital marketing, demand generation campaigns, sales prospecting and account-based marketing programs, virtual and in-person events, and third-party tradeshows and conferences
  • Enable customer facing teams to support successful execution of marketing programs
  • Track, measure, and communicate program results - take ownership of key business and revenue metrics: leads, qualified leads, pipeline, attribution metrics, cost per x metrics, contributions to revenue
  • Lead business development team to generate qualified sales opportunities for field sales
  • Lead marketing operations function to harness the tech stack, develop and analyze performance measures, prioritize channel strategies, manage marketing budgets and ensure departmental compliance
  • Test, iterate and optimize channels, messages and new acquisition strategies

What you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree required. MBA is a bonus.
  • A minimum of 7 years managing marketing campaign strategy & execution
  • Proven track record of developing marketing programs which drive opportunities and revenue
  • Experience working closely with Sales teams, including joint planning and execution, driving disciplined lead follow up, and earning trust as a strategic business partner to sales
  • Experience scaling through/and or leveraging agency and contractor resources
  • Experience with CRM (g. salesforce.com), Marketing Intelligence (Datorama), data (DiscoverOrg/Apollo), email marketing (e.g. Hubspot) and Sales Engagement (SalesLoft) tactics and technology
  • Experience creating account-based marketing/selling/experience strategies from the ground up 
  • Experience managing and enabling businesses development teams
  • Experience managing full stack marketing operations functions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English), including being able to convey complex topics with simplicity
