ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers are a national network of dental implant centers founded in 2005 to provide innovative dental implant care to patients across the United States. ClearChoice Management Services, LLC (CCMS) provides administrative practice management services to the ClearChoice network.

Summary

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a vital role, leading all strategic, transformation and field operations for ClearChoice Management Services. Focused on the successful strategy development, leadership and daily operations of all locations, this key leadership role will strive to deliver on the organization’s transformation and P&L performance by implementing best practices that drive standardization of processes across clinics. They will focus on generating results that are built off of metrics accountability and transformation of new and existing sites. The major areas of focus will include operational planning and management; implementing strategy that results in transformational change; supporting growth; cultivating a culture of operational excellence; and building and developing a high performing/high quality team that is focused on providing a world class patient experience.

The Chief Operating Officer will leverage their expertise in operations, supply chain, procurement, finance, relationship development, and innovation to create value-based partnerships within CCMS departments, field leadership, and the doctor network to successfully implement strategic initiatives. Success in the role will require excellent listening, planning, prioritization, execution, and communication skills, with an ability to recognize opportunities and uncover new ways to optimally serve our doctors’ and company’s purpose to be a Platform of Hope for the edentulous and those suffering from acute oral disease. This role provides a unique opportunity to positively impact our business and the lives of our patients. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Leads strategic, organizational, and administrative leadership to the day-to-day operations focused on business excellence that drives business growth
  • Develops, implements, and leads business, financial, and operational protocols and metrics that align to goals and objectives, while driving growth, customer retention, and overall satisfaction that results in consistent achievement of revenue targets.
  • Identifies, recommends, and implements best practices/new processes to improve quality, efficiency, and productivity, while promoting successful behaviors that deliver an exceptional and consistent team and patient experience across all locations.
  • Evaluates, hires, and develops a world-class team of operators to support a growth focused business while inspiring, mentoring, and motivating team members.
  • Oversees initiatives that drive patient demand and engagement.
  • Develops and fosters effective collaborative cross functional relationships with operational, executive, clinical, and corporate leaders to drive change and uniformity in the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and staffing models to accommodate the current and future objectives of the organization.
  • Communicates openly and effectively, internally, and externally to ensure that operational needs are being met and that the reputation of the company is enhanced.
  • Remains competitive in the dental implant space and other relevant landscapes to ensure the organization continues to be innovative in the market.
  • Builds, supports, and reinforces the organization’s culture by fostering an environment that supports and enables team members to be successful. Develops, coaches and models behaviors that drive teamwork, accountability, respect and trust for all team members.

Key Attributes & Qualifications

  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in multi-unit leadership in a growth minded organization.
  • Multi-unit operations, commercial leadership in high-touch customer/patient environment required; retail experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving results, through leadership, communication, and customer service.
  • Requires outstanding interpersonal, coaching, and listening skills to communicate within all levels of the organization.
  • Strong executive presentation and engagement skills.
  • Exceptional capacity for leading people; “hands-on”, team-builder who has experience with change management; capacity to enforce accountability; ability to develop and empower team members.
  • Able to develop strong, trusting relationships within the team and the overall organization.
  • Skill in creating an energetic and enthusiastic work environment where people have positive attitudes about their work.
  • Thrives in a dynamic environment, and can work on various projects simultaneously, requiring strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated with a highly collaborative style and strong ability to influence.
  • Willing and able to travel XX% and at times up XX% as needed to excel in the role.
  • BA/BS required. Masters preferred.
 

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated range for this position is $250,000 annual base salary plus discretionary performance-based bonus. Actual pay may vary based on experience, performance, and qualifications.

In addition to your base compensation, ClearChoice offers a full benefits package to include Medical/Rx, dental, and vision coverage, retirement plan (401-k), flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, company paid short-term and long-term disability, and an employee assistance program.
