PRIMARILY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide technical and administrative assistance to support the Human Resources Team.
•  Support leadership and Talent Development team members.
• Support teams working with compensation and benefits design.
• Coordinate activities and assist in meeting deliverable deadlines. 
• Conduct analysis and research in support of HR projects. 

• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a security background investigation a polygraph maybe required.
• Current & active Top Secret SCI clearance is required 
• 3 to 5 years experience in HR Administration
• Must be familiar with myHR ATS systems 
• Associates Degree, in Business Administration, Human Resources
