• Support Regional Sales Manager.
• Maintain existing customers, while assisting to meet client needs and build product demand.
• Effectively maintain client base and execute an effective growth plan.
• Create solid relationships with customers to solidify position within their facility, providing support to a range of customer activities.
• Understand a range of products, the associated benefits of use and optimal product mix.
• Thoroughly identify and understand the competition to effectively explain benefits and features: ours vs theirs.
• Will be required to do some maintenance or service on sanitation equipment.
• Must work well independently, think outside the box and be highly motivated.
• Personal qualities include strong negotiation skills, hardworking, organized and a quick thinker.
• Have the availability and flexibility to travel.
• Must be mechanically inclined and able to understand equipment’s overall functionality and spearhead any potential repairs that may be needed.
• Self-motivated and eager to both learn, network, and communicate regularly with existing and potential customers.

• Three years hands on dairy industry experience preferred.
• Sales and/or customer service experience.
• A degree in Agriculture business a plus.
• Computer and Microsoft products knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Preferably Bi-Lingual; English and Spanish.
