Registered Nurse

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Length of Contract:

• 13 Weeks

Shift: Tuesday - Saturday (8 hr. nights) 40 Hrs. weekly guaranteed

Duties:
- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care
- Assist with medical procedures and provide support to patients and their families
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Provide education and support to patients regarding their health conditions
- Adhere to all healthcare protocols, policies, and procedures

Qualifications:
- Valid nursing license in the state of ID or Multi-State License
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Registered Nurse
- Proficient in coding and documentation practices
- Strong patient assessment skills
- Experience in critical care, acute care, or senior care settings is preferred
- Basic life support (BLS) certification required through American Heart Association
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
