Position Summary:
Clean Team, a distinguished facility solutions provider with a robust presence in the Tri-State region, invites accomplished professionals to join our team as an Area Manager in Buffalo, NY. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Area Manager is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing designated locations, providing guidance to personnel, and ensuring seamless operational efficiency. The anticipated shift for this dynamic position is Sunday 9am-6pm, Monday - Thursday 1:30pm-9:30 pm.
Job Responsibilities:
As an integral part of Clean Team's leadership, your responsibilities will include:

• Efficiently manage employees at assigned locations, effectively communicating job expectations, and providing ongoing coaching, development, and training.
• Enforce stringent policies, procedures, and productivity standards to maintain and enhance operational excellence.
• Formulate strategic goals by analyzing business, service, and operations data, identifying trends, and making informed decisions to achieve objectives.
• Cultivate a positive work environment, focusing on employee morale, motivation, and loyalty through effective leadership.
• Monitor and ensure performance compliance, taking proactive measures to sustain or elevate operational standards.
• Effectively manage budgeted hours vs. worked hours, addressing staffing needs, handling absences, monitoring turnover, and facilitating employee relocations.
• Address and resolve employee concerns through reporting, meticulous follow-up, comprehensive investigation, and the skillful application of disciplinary processes.
• Responsible for making sure the clean is completed.
• Covering Cleans when needed.
