We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for selling a range of products and services including water softeners, roofing, solar panels, and HVAC systems. Your primary objective will be to generate leads, cultivate relationships with potential clients, and close sales.
Responsibilities:Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels such as networking, cold calling, door-to-door canvassing, and digital marketing strategies.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients by understanding their needs, providing product information, and offering personalized solutions.
Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their requirements and recommend the most suitable products and services to meet their needs.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the features, benefits, and technical specifications of water softeners, roofing materials, solar panels, and HVAC systems to effectively communicate their value propositions to clients.
Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our products and services, addressing any concerns or objections raised by clients.
Proposal Development: Prepare accurate and customized proposals, quotes, and contracts outlining the terms of the sale, pricing details, and installation timelines.
Closing Deals: Utilize effective negotiation techniques to close sales and achieve revenue targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Pipeline Management: Manage and prioritize a sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM software to ensure timely follow-up and closure of deals.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to identify opportunities for product innovation and competitive positioning.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a commission-based environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence diverse audiences.
Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn and articulate complex product features and benefits.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Knowledge of water softeners, roofing materials, solar panels, and HVAC systems is preferred but not required.
Compensation:
