A professional services company in Texas is looking to add a new Administrative Assistant to their growing team in Dallas. In this role, the Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing high quality office support to the entire office. Responsibilities: The Administrative Assistant will:
Schedule and coordinate meetings, events, interviews, annual performance review meetings, and appointments
Arrange complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries
Maintain individual, project and/or group calendar and assists office management in staying updated on daily priorities, as assigned
Retrieve and distribute phone messages from voice mailbox and assists callers with inquiries
Compose and edit plans, specs, reports, memorandums and correspondence
Maintain corporate contact lists, Outlook contacts, files, databases, records and other documents
Create, edit and/or format PowerPoint presentations, technical reports and proposals
Assist with timely submission of employee timesheets and expense reports
Acts as back-up for office services, IT, Marketing and HR to provide coverage, when needed
Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant
High School Diploma / GED
Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and SharePoint
Microsoft Office proficient (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
Exceptional phone etiquette
Great interpersonal skills
Excellent communications kills (written and verbal)
