Clayton Kendall is Hiring a Customer Support Specialist Near Monroeville, PA

Clayton Kendall, the largest promotional products and decorated apparel distributor in Pennsylvania is looking for a self-motivated Customer Support Specialist to work in our Monroeville, PA offices. A positive attitude and a desire to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment are critical to the success of this position.

Job Duties Include:

  • Addressing client concerns or inquiries through phone calls, email correspondence, and our web-based order resolution system.
  • As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in order processing and accurate data entry.
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability.

Skill Required:

  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills.
  • Dynamic and outgoing personality, self-motivation is an absolute must.
  • Superior punctuality and reliability
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and are positive.
  • Team player and willingness to go above and beyond.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
