Clay is a seasonal neighborhood restaurant opening in Harlem in early March. Our menu ingredients are sourced as locally as possible from farmers, producers, and purveyors who use natural, humane, and ecologically responsible methods. Our beverage program showcases biodynamic, organic, and sustainable offerings made with care by small producers. Genuine hospitality is at the core of all we do. We are looking for talented industry professionals who are as passionate as we are about creating an exceptional guest experience. While fine dining experience and comprehensive wine, beer and spirit knowledge is strongly preferred, all those who are learn quickly, strive for excellence, and love hospitality are welcome to apply.
