Sales Representatives

Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Irving is actively seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated Sales Representatives to help expand the business. We are actively seeking talented team-players with a high level of integrity and strong communication skills.

$1,000 BONUS UPON COMPLETING YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS OF SALES

Sales compensation will be based on experience and is commission-based. The PERFECT individual will gain tremendous earning potential!

Job Duties:

• Approaches, greets, and offers assistance or guidance to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales area. The Sales Representatives accompanies customers on test drives, builds rapport, and conducts business in an ethical and professional manner.
• Pursues prospective customers, promotes valid sales incentives, and maintains a follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business, resulting in customer satisfaction.
• Discovers and clarifies vehicles' characteristics, capabilities, and features; and offers comparable and/or competitively priced sales options to potential customers. The Sales Representatives maintains updated information on new products and services within the industry.
• Submits customer sales documentation to Finance & Insurance Manager, along with proper documentation (insurance information, trade title etc.). The Sales Representatives maintains complete sales orders and processes paperwork in accordance with the dealership guidelines.
• Attends product and sales training programs as requested by Sales Manager.
• Meets monthly and quarterly sales objectives set by the Sales Management Team. The Sales Representatives sells and provides a minimum number of vehicles per month.

Job Requirements:

• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Basic computer operating knowledge
• Knowledge of Automotive CRM software is a bonus.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts. Proficiency to apply concepts of basic mathematics.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw accurate conclusions.
