Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and Closing sales at each event. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth of our company.

Duties:

- Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and close deals

- Atttend each event on time and with enthusiasm, follow all guidelines of location

- Meet or exceed sales targets for each event

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, during the event

- Analyze product being sold and explain rules of promotion to clients at events

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and achieve collective goals

- Utilize Registration software to ensure accurate and proper collection of client data at time of sale

- Approach every individual as a prospective client in person at events

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a person to person sales role

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities

- Ability to analyze market trends and identify customer needs

- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

- Proficient in using CRM software

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 20 per week

Compensation package:

• Commission pay
• Uncapped commission

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends only

Travel requirement:

• No travel
