POSITION SUMMARY
The User Experience Specialist role focuses on capturing the unique personality and needs of some of the nation’s largest brands, to provide tailored solutions across our proprietary e-commerce platform.
User Experience Specialists within our National Accounts division provide direction and support to oversee the successful launch and ongoing site maintenance of e-commerce solutions for multi-unit food service clients. This consultative role combines aspects of marketing, web development, and project management to deliver creative solutions that include the design, development, and implementation of customer sites. The User Experience Specialist is responsible for building relationships with CNA customers to identify their unique branding needs and provide a tailored solution across our proprietary e-commerce platform.
