• Provide regular and frequent supervision to all on supervision caseload
• Be readily available when client specific issues requiring supervisory guidance and expertise arise
• Complete required documentation to ensure appropriate treatment at all stages of the treatment process
• Assist in training of supervisees in order for them to meet job responsibilities
• Review and approve completion of progress notes and other documentation by supervisees to ensure they are done in a timely manner and meet program standards
• Monitor supervisee productivity on a weekly basis and assist in time management for care coordinators as needed
• Monitor supervisee training to ensure they are on track to complete required trainings and assign trainings as needed
• Accompany supervisees on visits and to client treatment team meetings so as to ensure quality performance and to provide support and consultation
• Complete annual evaluations on all supervisees at the designated time
• Complete 0ther duties as required by the position and/or as assigned by the immediate supervisor or the Chief Executive Officer
