This role is perfect for someone who loves interacting with people and desires to provide a memorable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and in a friendly manner.
• Manage reservations over the phone, online, and in person, modifying them as needed.
• Provide information about our amenities, the local area, and other points of interest.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions, ensuring all postings and payments are accurate.
• Address and resolve guest concerns and feedback with professionalism and care.
• Ensure the front desk area remains clean and organized.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness in common areas and manage light housekeeping duties as required.
• Help set up and break down the breakfast area as needed, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for guests.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality is a plus.
• Proven experience in a front desk role or similar customer service position.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Operational knowledge of hospitality software is a plus.
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Flexible schedule, able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
