Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Breakfast Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in providing guests with a positive breakfast experience by ensuring quality service and maintaining cleanliness in the breakfast area.

Duties:

- Prepare and set up the breakfast area before guests arrive
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests with any special requests or dietary needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area
- Monitor and replenish food and beverage items as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist in kitchen duties as needed

Requirements:

- Previous experience in guest services or food preparation is preferred
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food handling procedures
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be comfortable using kitchen equipment such as knives
