We are looking for a friendly hotel Front Desk Associate who can do two work night audits shifts and is responsible for ensuring that employees have successfully executed all end-of-day activities in all departments welcoming guests, making telephone reservations, managing the online system, and verifying guest payment methods. Provide guests with general information about the hotel and surrounding areas.

To be a successful Front Desk Associate, your responsibilities include the following:

• Checking guests in and out
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by scheduling wake-up-calls and other concierge activities according to guest preference
• Handling customer requests and complaints and directing other employees or departments accordingly
• Balancing the accounts from day shift
• Use up-selling techniques to promote our hotel services and facilities and to maximize room occupancy
• Receiving and managing reservations made online and telephonically
• The ability to multitask with multiple guests in front of you and having the phone ringing
• Assigning rooms to guests and managing rooming chart
• Verifying guest's payment methods
• Keeping the front desk organized
• Providing guests with information regarding the hotel
• Welcoming guests in a warm and friendly manner
• Balance cash drawer by counting cash at the beginning and end of work shift
• Responding to guest inquiries and request ina timely and efficient manner
• Provide proper communication with staff regarding shift details
• Answering guest emails
• Ability to use the computer

• High School Dipolma or GED Equivalent

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
