Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Clerk. As a Front Desk Clerk, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist guests with reservations, room changes, and other requests
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options

-Doing daily reports, spreadsheets for management.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and escalate issues as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as required

Experience:
- Previous experience in guest relations or front desk operations is preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and excellent communication skills
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
- Familiarity with hotel systems and phone systems is desirable
- Knowledge of night audit procedures is an advantage
- Customer service experience in the hospitality industry is highly valued
