We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product knowledge and answer any questions or concerns
- Recommend additional items to enhance the customer's shopping experience
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Meet or exceed sales goals by actively engaging with customers
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service

Experience:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with cash register operations and basic retail math
- Knowledge of technology products is a plus
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Multilingual abilities, particularly Spanish and English, are a bonus
