- Assist the store manager in day-to-day operations and decision-making
- Learn and implement effective strategies for driving sales and achieving targets
- Supervise and train team members on company policies and procedures
- Ensure excellent customer service by resolving customer issues and inquiries
- Manage inventory and stock levels to optimize sales and minimize loss
- Collaborate with the store manager to create employee schedules and manage payroll
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment

```Experience```
To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:
- Previous experience in retail or wireless sales is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of retail math and basic financial principles
- Experience in stock management and inventory control

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1 – 2 years retail management experience
• Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills
• Sound understanding of mathematics and strong reading comprehension skills

• Ability to analyze sales reports and strategically problem solve
• Ability to stand during scheduled shifts
• Ability to maneuver up to 25 lbs. regularly and up to 75 lbs. occasionally
• Bending, stooping, extended reaching, climbing ladders and step stools while placing merchandise throughout the store and assisting Customers
• Ability to operate POS system
