Annual Pay Range: $73,664.28 - $99,446.68
Hourly Pay Range: $35.415520 - $47.810904
Salary offers will be made within the posted pay range and will be based on a candidate's experience (paid or unpaid) that is directly relevant to the position.

The Family Support division of the Clackamas County’s District Attorney's (DA) Office is seeking an experienced and collaborative leader to join our team as a Legal Office Supervisor. If selected for this position, you will be responsible for supervising a team of Child Support Enforcement Agents and Legal Assistants, including assigning workload, reviewing work for accuracy, assessing performance and providing feedback, writing annual performance evaluations, responding to complaints, developing policies, procedures, and best practices, and managing recruitment and selection processes for your team. This is a critical role within the Family Support Division that requires excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, thorough knowledge of administrative procedures and Oregon laws pertaining to child support, and a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively about complex, impactful matters.

This position works 40 hours during a standard workweek of Monday through Friday. Specific hours of work will be discussed with the candidate selected for this position at the time an offer of employment is extended.
Please Note: This position is eligible for hybrid on-site/telework subject to the Clackamas County Teleworking Policyand based on the Department’s business needs. The exact amount of on-site/telework and schedule will be discussed with the hiring manager during time of offer. Telework locations cannot be located outside of Oregon or Washington. Washington residents must perform 50% of their time on-site at Clackamas County.
