CK Accounting Search, LLC is excited to share this position on behalf of our client. We are seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer to join an innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both frontend and backend development processes and technologies (though leaning front-end). This role is responsible for crafting, implementing, and maintaining a custom-tailored Application and other Applications, ensuring optimal performance and responsiveness. Collaboration is key in this role as you'll work closely with internal and external teams to deliver robust solutions. We can’t wait to give you the scoop. This team is tenured, this is a visible role, and leadership is supportive. This is a new position, and a unique position with a great deal of both autonomy and cross-functional teamwork.

THE ESSENTIALS:

Frontend Dev:

• Develop intuitive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript libraries such as React.
• Enhance web applications for speed and scalability.
• Ensure compatibility and responsiveness across different browsers.
• Implement rigorous frontend testing strategies for top-notch code quality and user experiences.
• Stay abreast of emerging frontend technologies and best practices.

Backend Dev:

• Architect, develop, and maintain server-side logic using .NET Core/Framework and C#.
• Create and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless frontend-backend communication.
• Deploy data storage solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure SQL Server and Cloud-Based Storage Architecture.
• Uphold backend security and integrity through robust authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Optimize backend processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with frontend developers for seamless integration.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Development environment, including DevOps, App Services, Functions, storage accounts, and Front Door routing.

THE WORK:

• Work collaboratively with the Team and 3rd Party Application Developers.
• Participate actively in code reviews, providing constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project requirements.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in production and testing environments.
• Stay updated on industry trends in frontend and backend technologies.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.
• Maintain effective communication with team members and stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: A bachelor’s degree in software development, software engineering, or related field preferred. Equivalent industry experience and certifications considered.

Experience: Minimum 7 years of proven experience in Frontend & Backend application development required.

THE TECH & SKILLS NEEDED:

• Microsoft Azure or other cloud architectures and services.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Database Administration/Optimization (helpful, not required)
• Strong backend development skills including server-side programming, databases, and APIs.
• Version control system experience.
• Understanding SDLC.
• SQL Database Admin & Maintenance experience.
• Healthcare Applications and EHR Integration (helpful, not required).
• Business Intelligence Tools (helpful, not required).
• GenAI knowledge (helpful, not required).
• Analytical and problem-solving skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex issues efficiently.
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance
• Collaborating with stakeholders: Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Providing technical leadership: Guiding the technology team with expertise in technology trends and solutions.
• Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to new technologies and regulatory changes.
• Project management skills: Experience in project planning, budgeting, and tracking progress.
• Technology budgets: Collaborate on technology budgets for projects and initiatives.
• Ensuring system security and stability: Work on system security with the IT Team to mitigate threats.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $178,000.00 per year
