Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

1. Project Planning: Go over plans, timelines, and budgets accordingly to follow procedure.

2. Coordination: Coordinating with vendors, city code enforcement, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.

3. Scheduling: Creating and managing construction schedules to ensure timely completion.

4. Budget Management: Monitoring project expenses and ensuring adherence to budget constraints.

5. Quality Control: Overseeing construction quality and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

6. Inventory Processing: Process and match inventory materials at jobsites, equipment, and subcontractor left over materials.

7. Communication: Serving as the primary point of contact for upper management and providing regular project updates daily through email and software.

8. Problem-solving: Identifying and addressing any issues or challenges that arise during construction.

9. Risk Management: Anticipating and mitigating potential risks to project completion and success.

10. Safety: Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining a safe working environment for all workers on-site.
