High energy entrepreneur is seeking an operations manager with a track record of creating systems and operations to take our company to the next level.
We are a rapidly growing Physical Therapy and Pilates business located in Portsmouth, NH.
We help people aged 40 be more active, healthy, and mobile - without things like pain pills, procedures, or surgery - so that they can spend time doing activities they love instead of sitting in the doctor's office. The founder of the company is a Physical Therapist and Pilates Instructor herself, and built this company from scratch starting from just a single treatment room.
We've experienced rapid growth and change in the last 36 months and expect to hit annual gross revenue of approximately $850K this year. We weathered the pandemic with flying colors, we continue to grow, and we're now looking for the right manager to help us get to our next level.
The right person for this role is likely to have been supervising/managing a team for at least one year - and feels that now is the right time to step up to a role that has significant growth and career potential as we continue to expand our business and programs.
You will be responsible for managing a team of physical therapists, Pilates instructors, front desk personnel, marketing assistants and sales associates. You will ensure that company KPI’s are hit and that all internal-procedures are documented, continually developed and adhered to by staff - as well as ensure that company culture is maintained and held to the highest standards.
You must have the ability to wear several "hats". And be happy and willing to jump in wherever is needed - including but not limited to answering phones, greeting clients, changing light bulbs and watering plants - while still being able to prioritize your most important high-level tasks and duties.
