• Handle phone inquiries, schedule appointments, and welcome potential residents.
• Process applications and draft leases.
• Assist with marketing and promotional activities.
• Showcase vacant or model apartments to potential residents.
• Engage with residents as required.
• Implement outreach strategies and social media marketing.
• Support the site manager in managing phone calls, emails, and scheduling of maintenance tickets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to our residents.
• Maintain our stringent quality standards for ready-to-occupy apartments.

• Prior experience in apartment leasing.
• Reliable and consistent.
• Familiarity with Blue Moon Leasing, Docusign is a bonus.
• Computer-savvy with excellent telephone etiquette.
• Bright, personable, and exceptional at dealing with people.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
