IDEAL CANDIDATES
We are seeking exceptional individuals who are passionate, service-oriented, positive and hard-working with a love for health and wellness, and an excitement for hospitality.
This is Regular Full Time position.
As a Pastry Cook you will be responsible for:
- Preparing quality pastry items such as breakfast items, desserts, breads, ice cream, sorbets, creams, simple syrups, amenities, displays, centerpieces and special request items.
- Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment; use equipment and tools only as intended, properly and safely.
- Maintain and strictly abide by state sanitation/health regulations and hotel requirements.
- Meet with the Culinary Team to review assignments, anticipated business levels, changes and other information pertinent to the job performance.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of two years’ experience as Pastry Cook
- Willing and able to work all shifts including weekends/holidays
- Current Maricopa County Food Handlers Card required
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Knowledge/passion in Health & Wellness
