City Winery is seeking a skilled and reliable Facilities & Maintenance coordinator to join our team in Nashville. This role will play a key role in ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of our venue, including repairs, carpentry work, painting, and general maintenance tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual with strong handyman skills to contribute to the success of our operations.

Responsibilities:
Perform repairs and maintenance tasks throughout the venue, including but not limited to:
Carpentry work such as building shelves, repairing furniture, and installing fixtures.
Painting walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as needed.
Plumbing repairs and minor electrical work.
HVAC system maintenance and filter replacements.
Flooring repairs
General maintenance tasks to ensure the cleanliness and safety of the venue.
Conduct routine inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards, and address them in a timely manner.
Maintain an inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies, and ensure they are properly stored and maintained
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure minimal disruption to operations
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role, preferably in a commercial or hospitality setting.
Strong carpentry skills and experience with woodworking tools and equipment.
Proficiency in painting techniques and knowledge of painting materials and products.
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environmental conditions.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
