Responsibilities for the Medical Call Center Supervisor:

• Oversee daily operations in a medical call center, including managing call volume, scheduling staff, and ensuring appropriate coverage.
• Supervise, train, and direct a small team of customer service representatives.
• Monitor calls regularly and provide feedback to staff to ensure compliance with HIPAA and company regulations.
• Run and analyze reports on customer service feedback and metrics to identify trends and areas of improvement.
• Developm and implement training procedures to enhance agents' knowledge of medical terminology, customer service skills, and call center procedures.
• Assist the Nonclinical Manager with other administrative duties as needed.

Requirements for the Medical Call Center Supervisor:

• 2 years supervisory experience in a customer service setting, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and basic computer software.
• Exceptional attention to detail and precision.
• Proficiency in multitasking and meeting multiple deadlines.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Salary Range:
$50,000 - $55,000 annually
