ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: The Records Clerk types correspondence, memos, and such documents as may be assigned, transcribes tapes, makes copies, and operates computer, telephone, and fax machine. The Secretary also maintains an appointment book, answers, screens, and routes incoming calls, makes calls for the Detective Division, and submits reports, files, and other documents to detectives in support of the office and other authorities as directed. The Secretary also performs related responsibilities as required or assigned.
ACCEPTABLE EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING: High school diploma or GED plus specialized training and/or additional college courses and 12-18 months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. THIS SHIFT IS 1:00 P.M. TO 10:00 P.M. CLOSING DATE: 3/27/24
