Under general supervision, the employee provides dependable customer service, receptionist and clerical duties and assists with daily departmental duties. The employee will have constant contact with the public requiring courtesy, tact and diplomacy. The employee assists office staff with daily duties such as answering phones, data entry, providing public information and other departmental specific duties and tasks assigned by the supervisor. At times, the employee will provide minimal assistance to City Manager, Assistant City Manager’s and upper management with Administrative Support.
